By using ScanGSC, you agree to the collection and processing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. ScanGSC requires access to your Google Search Console data to provide its services.
We do not store sensitive credentials beyond what is necessary for connecting to Google Search Console via authorized APIs.
ScanGSC utilizes AI models to analyze Search Console data and generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, the insights provided are based on the data available and the model's interpretation.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users acknowledge that SEO algorithms and Google Search Console data can change frequently. ScanGSC cannot be held liable for unexpected shifts in rankings, data discrepancies, or website performance.
ScanGSC shall not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including reliance on reports or AI-generated insights.
Our total liability in connection with the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

Users may not use ScanGSC for unethical SEO practices, including spam, black-hat techniques, or manipulating search engines in violation of search engine policies.
Users must ensure they have proper authorization to connect, analyze, and audit any website's Google Search Console data using our services.
Any misuse of the platform that affects the performance or security of ScanGSC, or violates these terms, may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

All content, algorithms, features, and branding of ScanGSC are owned by us and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of ScanGSC without prior written permission.
Reports generated by ScanGSC for a user can be used internally or shared with their clients, but the underlying platform and its components remain our intellectual property.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of ScanGSC at any time without prior notice. We will strive to notify users of significant changes.
Users may stop using ScanGSC at any time. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
